Dr. Nitin Madan (P.C.S) Dr. Nitin Madan is a distinguished civil servant, currently serving as the Additional District Magistrate (Administration) in Uttar Pradesh. With over a decade of experience in public administration, disaster management, and law enforcement, he is dedicated to fostering transparent, efficient governance and community development. Dr. Madan holds a PhD in Mathematics from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University and was a Gold Medalist in Mathematics from Hindu College, Moradabad. He has served in various key administrative roles, like sub divisional magistrate,Additional Municipal Commissioner etc. Presently he is a Class-1 P.C.S. Officer. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Madan is passionate about the arts, particularly drawing, where he specializes in graphite and charcoal. His artistic practice serves as an important outlet for creativity, and he finds it a valuable means of personal expression.
