9th CAPAM Biennial Conference and Ministerial Forum October 2012

The 9th CAPAM Biennial Conference and Ministerial Forum – New Delhi, India, 24-26 October, 2012 was Attended by 300 delegates from 32 countries, the Conference was opened by the Commonwealth Secretary-General, HE Kamalesh Sharma. The event focused on how the reality of a turbulent, unpredictable and interconnected world is challenging models for public policy and public administration of the past and shaping public administration processes across the Commonwealth.

ABOUT: CAPAM was established in 1994 to encourage the exchange of knowledge pertaining to public administration and good governance between Commonwealth countries. The organization grew from the commitment of its members who are most often senior public servants, elected officials or academics with a vested interest in promoting the fundamental values outlined in the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Harare, Zimbabwe in 1991.

The production- Rabindra Abhivyakti - was staged by Rays of Wisdom Society at the Ashok Hotel, Chanakyapuri on the occasion of the 9th CAPAM Biennial Conference and Ministerial Forum.
