Conference of South Asian Ministers - September 2013

Fifty years ago, UNESCO officially proclaimed 8 September International Literacy Day to actively mobilize the international community and to promote literacy as an instrument to empower individuals, communities and societies. Now International Literacy Day is celebrated worldwide, bringing together governments, multi- and bilateral organizations, NGOs, private sectors, communities, teachers, learners and experts in the field.

On 7th-8th September 2013, a Conference of South Asian Ministers was held at the Ashok, New Delhi on the occasion of International Literacy Day. Rays of Wisdom Society presented Rabibdra Abhivyakti at the Gala Dinner on 7th at the Ashok, Banquet Hall
